[Costa Mesa, CA] A dump truck was reported to have flipped on its side early Thursday morning at 8:33 a.m. on the 405 freeway in Costa Mesa at Fairview Road. The truck accident happened on the North bound lanes of the 405 freeway blocking three lanes and prompting an hourlong SigAlert, the California Highway Patrol said. CHP officers confirm one person was injured in a truck accident.
